River Center Theatre is a cashless venue.
The cash-free model allows the arena to operate more efficiently by removing cash handling duties and speeding up transaction times. This reduces long lines and gets arena guests back to the action faster while providing our service teams the opportunity to focus more on the guest experience.
Digital payments are faster, safer and easier. All major digital forms of payment are accepted, including Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments will not be accepted.
The clear bag policy, mandating that all bags must adhere to specific dimensions of 12x12x6 and be transparent, serves as a crucial safety measure for our venue. This policy not only streamlines the security process but also ensures transparency, allowing quick and efficient bag checks.
Small bags, less than 5x7, are exempt from the transparency requirement, offering convenience for those with compact personal items. By implementing this policy, we prioritize the safety and security of all attendees while maintaining a hassle-free experience for everyone.
