Raising Cane's River Center is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and providing equal access to an enjoyable event experience for everyone in our community.
Requests for aid and service should be made at least thirty (30) business days prior to event. The Box Office may be unable to fill a request if made less than thirty (30) business days in advance of an event. You can reach the Box Office by phone at (225) 389-4940.

The Raising Cane's River Center has a no re-entry policy. In the event a guest needs to exit and return for any reason, the guest should be referred to the Guest Services Supervisor, who will then approve the guest exiting and returning if the situation warrants same. Raising Cane's River Center strives to create a very positive environment for all guests. All guests entering Raising Cane's River Center must wear a shirt and shoes for their safety. Guests wearing obscene, offensive or indecent clothing will not be permitted to enter. Raising Cane's River Center reserves the right to determine what clothing is obscene, offensive or indecent without any liability.
The clear bag policy, mandating that all bags must adhere to specific dimensions of 12x12x6 and be transparent, serves as a crucial safety measure for our venue. This policy not only streamlines the security process but also ensures transparency, allowing quick and efficient bag checks.
Small bags, less than 5x7, are exempt from the transparency requirement, offering convenience for those with compact personal items. By implementing this policy, we prioritize the safety and security of all attendees while maintaining a hassle-free experience for everyone.
To ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all attendees, the following guidelines apply for any posters or signs brought into the arena:
- Size Limit: Posters and signs must not exceed 18" x 24" in size.
- Content Restrictions:
- No Political Content: Posters or signs featuring political messages, endorsements, or campaigns are prohibited.
- No Obscene or Inappropriate Material: Any sign containing offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or images will not be allowed.
- Event-Specific Policies: Please note that some tours or events may enforce a no sign/poster policy. Graduations have a no sign/poster policy. Check with event-specific guidelines before arrival.
- Security Review: Arena staff reserves the right to review and approve all signs upon entry. Any sign that does not meet these standards will be confiscated.

Small, non-professional cameras with no external flash or detachable lenses are welcome into Raising Cane's River Center for most events.
Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Raising Cane's River Center.
Please note that for some concerts and special events, camera restrictions will vary, and may not be permitted for entry. Please contact Guest Services to inquire about event-specific restrictions.
Camping and the use of tents on the Raising Cane's River Center property is prohibited.
The Raising Cane’s River Center is a cashless venue.
The cash-free model allows the arena to operate more efficiently by removing cash handling duties and speeding up transaction times. This reduces long lines and gets arena guests back to the action faster while providing our service teams the opportunity to focus more on the guest experience.
Digital payments are faster, safer and easier. All major digital forms of payment are accepted, including Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments will not be accepted.
All catering is provided exclusively in-house by Savor. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the building.
Children two years of age and older will require a ticket to attend most events. Check event specific information for exceptions to this policy.
There is no minimum age requirement to attend events at Raising Cane's River Center unless otherwise specified. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian of the minor attending the event to determine if they can attend on their own.
Raising Cane's River Center thanks you for your commitment and adherence to the River Center Code of Conduct, which applies to all individuals on River Center property, whether inside or outside the venue. All individuals shall:
- Behave and be treated in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner.
- Comply with River Center search and screening procedures prior to entry, including the venue’s bag policy.
- Exit and re-entry into the venue is not permitted.
- Comply with all venue and event policies, available at our A-Z Guide.
- If they choose to consume alcohol, do so in a legal and responsible manner that is consistent with the River Center’s alcohol policy.
- Occupy only their designated seat location and present tickets to River Center staff upon request.
- Comply with River Center staff instructions regarding operational and emergency procedures and adhere to all posted signs and placards.
Raising Cane's River Center prohibits:
- Interfering with the event and/or athletes, performers, staff, or officials.
- Pushing on or striking any glass that surrounds the hockey playing surface, entering the playing or performance area (e.g., court, stage, or other restricted zones), standing on seats, sitting or climbing on railings, or obstructing aisles or the view of other guests.
- Using abusive, offensive, or obscene language and gestures, including, but not limited to, those related to a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or national origin.
- Engaging in unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior, including, but not limited to, fighting, taunting, challenging others to fight, throwing objects, or other actions deemed detrimental to the event experience.
- Unauthorized commercial activity.
- Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or tobacco products in any form, including electronic cigarettes.
Violation of this Code of Conduct or any other River Center policy, procedure, or directive from staff may result in ejection from the venue and/or further consequences, including but not limited to being prohibited from attending future events and referral for arrest and prosecution. Ejected persons will not be refunded or permitted re-entry.
In case of emergency or if anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of a River Center event, please contact the Guest Services Supervisor for assistance.
By entering the River Center, you consent to your image and likeness being captured and used by the Raising Cane's River Center and its affiliates or designees.

All concessions are provided exclusively in-house by Savor. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the venue.
For food and beverage at concession stands, we accept credit and debit card transactions only. Cash is no longer accepted.

Certain areas of the Raising Cane's River Center facilities are restricted areas and access requires either an official credential or ticket. We ask that guests please honor this policy. Guests entering restricted areas without official credentials or tickets will be escorted out of the restricted areas into unrestricted areas.
Door times for Raising Cane's River Center facilities will vary by event. Door opening is at the discretion of Show Management.
Most events open their doors one hour before show times. For opening times, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Anyone violating Raising Cane's River Center policy, the Code of Conduct or local, state or federal laws is subject to immediate ejection, without warning or refund (if applicable), as well as possible arrest and prosecution.
Raising Cane's River Center strives to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests attending our events by working with the Baton Rouge Fire Department, Baton Rouge Police Department and other professional agencies to develop effective emergency plans and procedures. In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of arena team members who have been trained to guide guests to safety.

Depending upon the nature of an event or when considered necessary by ASM Global and Show Management, a visual or full search will be conducted by the Raising Cane's River Center Security Department on all patrons prior to entering the venue.
Please locate the nearest member of staff to find the nearest First Aid station.
There are Guest Services booths located at each Raising Cane's River Center facility. They are staffed with knowledgeable Guest Services Representatives who will assist with any questions or concerns.

Raising Cane's River Center facilities have a No Re-entry policy, unless otherwise posted. Once you exit a facility, you will not be permitted to return.
If you will require any medications during the show, please ensure that you bring them in with you.
All ticket sales are final with the exception of canceled events. Guests wanting to return tickets for canceled events must do so at their point of purchase.
Seats at Raising Cane's River Center vary in size, however, most will be approximately between 18″ – 22″.
The Raising Cane's River Center upholds a strict no-smoking policy within its premises, promoting a clean and healthy environment for all visitors.
Additionally, please be aware that the center enforces a no re-entry policy to maintain security and the safety of our guests throughout the duration of the event.
Guests are encouraged to stand and cheer on the team or artist during exciting moments and play. However, we ask that you are courteous to everyone around you and do not block the view of other guests. Standing on seats or in aisles is not permitted at any time.
Guests are welcome to bring strollers into Raising Cane's River Center facilities. Strollers too large to fit under a seat can be stored at the Guest Services desk in the North End of the Arena, downstairs. Strollers should not be left unattended in aisles or other public spaces.
A valid ticket for the event is required for admittance to Raising Cane's River Center facilities unless otherwise indicated. An event ticket is a revocable license that may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with Raising Cane's River Center policies or local, state or federal laws.
Tickets for Raising Cane's River Center events can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com.
We cannot verify the legitimacy of tickets purchased through any other site and strongly advise fans to only purchase their tickets through Ticketmaster. All ticket sales are final, there are no refunds, upgrades or exchanges unless otherwise noted for a specific event.
The Box Office opens 3 hours prior to event start time and is open for regular business hours Monday-Friday 10AM-4PM.
Online ticketing fees are not applied to tickets purchased at the Box Office.
